Reset Account

For those of you who have forgotten your account when logging in, there are a few things you should know:

1. You cannot reset your account automatically.
2. Make sure to know who the manager of your account is.
3. You must contact your manager level to be able to reset your account.
4. You can only change your password after you have logged into your account.
